These individuals represent top talent\, emerging leaders\, and young leaders in Hastings and Adams County! All we ask is that the nominee is between 21 and 40 years old and either lives and/or works in Adams County. Aside from that\, they can work in any industry and in any profession. \n\nWe are looking for young professionals who excel in one or all of the following:\n\n\n	\n	Community Engagement \n	\n	\n	Leadership\n	\n	\n	Innovation \n	\n	\n	Proactivity \n	\n	\n	Professional and Personal Development\n	\n\n\nHave someone in mind?
