Hastings Young Professionals - Not-so-professional Golf Tournament

Registration is due before June 9th at 5pm. When filling out this form, you are encouraged to sign up with 1 other partner. Though, you can also sign-up 4 total people on this form. If you aren't able to find those additional partners, we will gladly partner you with other not-so-professional golfers for the day! 
 

Payment Details: Cost per individual is $35, you can pre-pay by bringing your check to the Chamber offices and find Madison Jagels there or you can pay the day-of the event (Friday, June 16th) at our check-in table. Check-in begins at 12pm at the Elks Club Golf Course, we will have lunch provided and then will have a shotgun start at 1pm, you will also get 1 cart per pair with your registration. Mulligans will be available for purchase. We will be golfing 9 holes in foursomes and we will have a social at the end of the day. We are hoping for a good-weather!
