Oregon Trail Rodeo

Yee haw! It’s rodeo time! Saddle your horse and head to town! The annual Oregon Trail Rodeo rides into Hastings August 15-17. Old West meets young cowboys, as they match up with the toughest broncs and bulls and gun for the prize money! Witness bronc riding, roping, barrel racing, and the grand finale, bull riding! Enjoy Kool-Aid Days activities during the day at the fairgrounds and rodeo each night! Fireworks follow the rodeo on August 16. A free barbecue for all ticket-holders on August 15, prior to the rodeo. Saturday, August 16 is Tough Enough to Wear Pink night at the rodeo. Fans and cowboys alike are encouraged to wear pink to support breast cancer awareness. For every ticket purchased for the Saturday night rodeo, $1 will be given to the Morrison Cancer Center at Mary Lanning Hospital. Advance tickets are available at the Adams Co.
