Prairie Loft Winter Gala

The Prairie Loft Winter Gala is a fundraising event that supports the mission to teach agriculture appreciation, outdoor education, cultural connections, and the wise use of natural resources. Maximum of eight people per table. Seating will be open. The meal will consist of a Maui Mixed Green Salad with carrots, green onion, snap peas, and radishes tossed with Maui Vinaigrette, an entre of your choice with sides of Mashed Potato, Sauteed Brussels Sprouts, and a New York Cheesecake with Macerated Berries for dessert.
