Scarecrow Contest

Help the City of Hastings get into the fall spirit by decorating the Pioneer Spirit Trail through Libs Park with scarecrows. Compete to see who can win a prize for the best scarecrow based off of the public’s votes on Facebook. Parks and Recreation will provide the scarecrow frame, lighting, and upright stand. Cost: $50 for one scarecrow | $75 for two scarecrows Register by Friday, September 20th Scarecrows due by Wednesday, October 9th Scarecrows will be on display at Fall Fest 2024!
