Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $27.00/hour (range $26 35 based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM

What You'll Do

• 
  Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• 
  Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• 
  Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal, state, and local regulations
• 
  Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• 
  Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
• 
  Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for company leadership
• 
  Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

• 
  Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 
  3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• 
  Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• 
  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• 
  Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• 
  Strong communication and leadership abilities
• 
  High level of integrity and attention to detail

• 
  CPA or CMA designation
• 
  Experience in manufacturing settings
• 
  Experience with ERP systems
