Job Summary

JEO’s Water/Wastewater/Electrical (WWE) Department is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide support to our Engineers and other Project Coordinators in completing engineering projects for municipal clients. You will be working in a technical environment coordinating tasks with project teams. Ideal candidates for this role have strong written and verbal communication skills, are highly organized, have attention to detail, and thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contact design teams to discuss and resolve incompleteness and inaccuracy issues in documents.
  • Maintain project files to ensure required correspondence, permits, authorizations, agreements, and documents are organized.
  • Process requests to compile technical specification.
  • Enter information into project and opportunity tracking software
  • Provide general support to staff including document editing, document generation, and data entry

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Bluebeam Revu 

 

 

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in an office environment
  • Associate Degree, or higher, in business, administrative, or related field
  • Microsoft Office Power User
  • Experience with Deltek software
