Treatment Coordinator

Pershing Orthodontics is looking for a new dependable Treatment Coordinator, a team player who likes working in a fast-paced office. 

Duties as a treatment coordinator would be building rapport with families during the new patient process. Charting, discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements, along with filing insurance. Following up with referrals and dental offices. Marketing and social media presence. Assisting the front desk in answering the phone and making appointments. 

Team travels to Grand Island, Holdredge, and Atkinson. 

Hours: 7:45am to 5:00pm. 
    6:30am departure time on Holdrege and Atkinson travel days, a couple of times a month.
