Job Summary
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Answer phone calls and make reservations.
- Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records

-Knowledge of regular maintenance work require in order to assist guests with some common issues.

-General Housekeeping including Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, hallway and entry ways

-Wash, Dry, fold Laundry and put away

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various guest situations
- Experience in using phone systems and hotel management software is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations, guest relations, and guest services
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests
- Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is advantageous

Hours: Overnights from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (approx. may vary depending on business needs)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evenings/Overnights as needed
  • Every weekend
  • On call
  • Holidays
