Prairie Loft’s Executive Director (ED) is the primary representative of the organization in the greater community, building public support and partnerships to advance the mission. The ED serves as the collaborative leader of a small but mighty team of talented professionals and is responsible for cultivating a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and continuous learning. The ED raises funds to invest in programming and facilities and oversees the fiscal and administrative systems that support the mission.

The salary range is $68,000 to $78,000 with a benefits package that includes a health care stipend, retirement plan match, paid time off and holidays, and professional development. Before an offer of employment is made, the organization will conduct a pre-employment background investigation, which includes a criminal background check.
