KEARNEY, NE, August 15, 2025 -- Each year, a select few appraisers of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) try to obtain their Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation. This process is extensive with multiple requirements, such as 118 hours of advanced coursework, five years of experience in the discipline of appraisal, and a review of completed appraisals. The applicant must also be a Certified General Appraiser of any state within the United States, be an ASFMRA member,
