What is the role of Operations Associate?
The Operations Associate performs a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts, while also processing and maintaining a variety of files and records on the Bank’s network system.
What will you do as Operations Associate?
The Operations Associate knows, follows and understands the procedures and policies of the data processing area.  Responsibilities include quickly responding to requests for assistance from associates with data processing questions, while also completing daily file maintenance updates for customer information and scanning images into document storage following the requirements for record retention.    The Operations Associate also researches and resolves any issues with branch documents, system information and standardized procedures.

What education/experience is preferred for Operations Associate?
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to two years related experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
