Machine Operator - 2nd and 3rd shift positions available

Essential Functions:

Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.

Education:
High school diploma or GED
Blueprint Reading
Precision Tools and Measuring


Certifications:
• Forklift, if applicable
Quality Metric:
• Scrap Dollars
• Rejected and/or reworked parts


Minimum Qualifications
? Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
? Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
? Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
? Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance

Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process

Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)
? Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance: Press brakes, *CNC punches, and *laser machines. (* if applicable)
? Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.
? Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate.
? Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department.
? Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs).

$23.70
