Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional evenings/weekends for events or training

Overview:
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in vocational, community, and in-home settings. No experience or degree required — just a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training, assistance, and daily support

• Assist individuals in community and work settings

• Promote safety, inclusion, and independence

• Provide transportation and assist with mobility as needed

• Complete required documentation (Therap system)

• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance

Requirements:

• Must be 19 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Nebraska Driver’s License

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs
